Welcome back everyone, it’s Myguyknowsaguy (follow me on social media here) here with another Frenzy Forecast newsletter predictions post. (Today’s post is FREE). I have MLB & WNBA picks to share today. I struck out with the Knicks on Monday night in game 3 of the NBA Finals, had success with Knicks spreads earlier in this finals series, but it wasn’t my night. I’m performing well with MLB & WNBA so far this season. MLB went 2-1 last night with paid readers, and I’m currently 25-15 (+6.92u) w/ WNBA. Be responsible with your betting, anything can happen. Rangers vs Royals

Royals starting pitcher Stephen Kolek is elite at limiting baserunners, excellent 0.97 WHIP at the moment. Rangers started Nathan Eovaldi has regressed this season, but his splitter/curveball mix still give him an edge against a Royals lineup that lacks power. Winds are blowing out in Kansas City stadium today, but that’s already baked into the total line.

Atlanta Dream vs Chicago Sky

This Sky defense has been terrible at home this season, where they’re 0-5 ATS so far. They allow their opponents to over 90 points per game when playing in Chicago, with a league worst home defensive rating of 109.7. Their perimeter defense is the main culprit & I think this Dream backcourt will take advantage.

Dallas Wings vs Minnesota Lynx

Meeting of two top-3 teams tonight in the Commissioner’s Cup. Both teams are top-2 in net rating & offensive rating a full month into the season, but the Lynx are much better defensively (Lynx 1st in d-rating, Wings 9th). They force a ton of turnovers and can be lethal in transition offensively. Specifically, I have concerns about this Dallas backcourt defensively. My model has this line at -6.5.

Phoenix Mercury vs Golden State Valkyries

This isn’t the same Mercury team we saw reach the WNBA Finals last season, not even close. They have one of the worst perimeter defenses in the league. Their stars Alyssa Thomas & Kahleah Copper are not 100% healthy. The Valkyries LEAD the league in 3-point % by a wide margin, currently hitting 44% of their threes. Also, I don’t think Phoenix will be able to generate enough quality offense against a well-constructed Golden State defense tonight.
